  • Keep basic records, protect the website, and handle legitimate business administration.

4. Legal basis for processing

I process ordinary personal data where necessary to respond to your request, take steps before entering into a coaching agreement, perform a coaching agreement, or pursue legitimate interests such as running and protecting the website and handling basic business administration.

If you choose to share health-related or other sensitive information in your application or communication, I rely on your explicit consent for that information. You are not required to provide detailed medical information. Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting me, although this will not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.

5. Tools and service providers

I use carefully selected third-party tools to operate this website and coaching process. These may process personal data on my behalf, including:

  • Tally, for coaching application forms.
  • Calendly, for booking calls.
  • Microsoft Outlook, for email communication.
  • A website hosting provider, for delivering and securing the website.

These providers may process personal data only as needed to deliver their services.

6. International transfers

Some service providers may process personal data outside the EU or EEA. Where this happens, I aim to use providers that apply appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. How long I keep your data

I do not keep personal data longer than necessary. As a general rule:

  • Coaching applications may be kept for up to 12 months.
  • General enquiries and emails may be kept for up to 12 months.
  • Client information may be kept for as long as needed to provide coaching and handle related administration, legal, or accounting obligations.

9. Complaints

If you believe your personal data has been handled incorrectly, you can contact me first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

10. Cookies and tracking

This website is intended to be simple and privacy-conscious. I do not currently use marketing pixels or advertising trackers on the page itself. Basic technical cookies or server logs may still be used where necessary to deliver and secure the website.

11. Automated decision-making

I do not use solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

12. Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the website, tools, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page.
